إيلاف هي رئيسة قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وباحثة تجربة المستخدم في شركة وتطبيق "نشاطات صديق" التي تقود شركة التكنولوجيا التعليمية للوصول إلى أهدافها ، بما في ذلك تطوير الألعاب ، وخدمة الشبكات الاجتماعية والأهداف لتطوير تكنولوجيات جديدة  تتسم بالود والصداقة للمستخدمين.
