A musician, a journalist and a cultural activist, in addition to being a
Communications & PR Specialist.

In 2008 Ghaida joined Al Ghad newspaper as a journalist specialized in Music.
Driven by her main passion in music, she interviewed many Jordanian and Arab
musicians such as: Omar Al Faqir, Tareq Al Nasser, Tareq Al Jundi, Nasser
Salameh, Lutfi Bushnaq, Khaled Al Sheik, Hussein Sabsabi, Ahmad Al Khatib,
Sharbel Rohana, Omaima Al Khalil, Kamilei Jubran, Sanaa Musa and others.
Although working in journalism was a freelance work for her, Ghaida covered
many concerts from different music genres and wrote more than 1000 article
specialized in music, and she was the first journalist in Jordan to publish a yearly
report about the musical scene in Jordan.

Her main objective was to highlight and present to people the good music and
real artists, away from what is being broadcasted to people in different media
channels every day.

In 2011 she was the Managing Editor of a magazine for youth “Majalatuna”, and
In 2001 she was the responsible for the Arabic section of “Royal Wings”

She also worked with different production teams that produced many concerts
and musical projects, some with Tareq Al Nasser and his musical group: Rum-
Tareq Al Nasser Group, in addition Zaid Dirani & Tareq Al Jundi. She is also a
member in “Tajalla” for Music & Arts.

On another road, Ghaida works since 13 years in the field of Communications &
PR & Media Relations and generating content. She worked as Communications
Specialist with many known companies, and as a consultant of Communications
with some NGO’s such as APN and Al Jude – “New Think”.

Ghaida strongly believes in the importance of arts and music in building the
personality and in building communities and its cultural heritage. She considers

that arts and musical can make our souls and minds and hearts grow, especially
with the different conditions this region is facing.
