“Hiba is a believer that 1+1 could equal to 3, only by the power of the synergistic collaboration of the team players”

As a telecom engineer, and a holder of a master's degree in business entrepreneurship from Princess Sumaya University for Technology in Jordan, what fuels Hiba's passion is the intersection of technologies, entrepreneurship, and social impact.

Hiba has been working in Orange for the past 6 years. Her experience expanded from the technical, into the enterprise telecom solutions pre-sales, and lately into the marketing field as a product marketing expert within the international and roaming department.

Hiba was selected as a TechWomen Emerging Leader in 2017 as one of the 100 emerging leaders from 3,950 applicants from around the world. Hiba worked on different projects at LinkedIn HQ at the Silicon Valley, and was part of the five wining groups of seed fund grant for a social initiative called “Ozwah”. Ozwah takes the hands of Jordanian female orphans through the journey of reaching independency, and being active member in their society. The initiative got the support of Queen Rania Al Abdalla to be implemented in Jordan and currently is in the planning phase.

Hiba is also named a Woman Ambassador, Aspire young professional, WeMENA champions as female entrepreneur for resilient future, and is holding the position of a President of New Horizons Toastmasters Club
