Zeinab has a mix of academic and industrial experience. In her current position, She is responsible for providing leadership and oversight over curriculum, instruction and program design, and direction and implementation of course specifications, outcomes and learning assessment, to ensure that the highest quality instruction and educational programming are provided. She oversees the development and implementation of effective student testing and placement procedures using Oxford Placement test. She provides the strategic vision and collaborative leadership skills needed for teachers's professional development to meet their needs and on going performance evaluation to achieve the program goals. Furthermore, She worked as a consultant in Language Education and Multiculturalism since 2008 with national and international organizations.

On the other side, she has an extensive experience in administration and startups since she is a Co-founder of "Business Launch Pad for Young Entrepreneur" as well as the founder and Program Coordinator of DART Club. She volunteered with Mowgli, a British foundation as a mentor and Queen Rania Center for Entrepreneurship since 2011. She held many positions such as Director of International Affairs/ HU and Assistant Dean at the College of Arts/HU. She has several core interests such as , Education for Sustainable Development, Multicultural Education and English as a Lingua Franca.
